Bing Chen is a digital media pioneer and entrepreneur. He was a driving force behind the creation and evolution of the now multi-billion dollar global digital creator and media platform ecosystem as YouTube’s Global Head of Creator Development & Management. He began his YouTube tenure as the company’s first Creator Marketing Manager and remains a trusted confidant to hundreds of creative artists around the world.
Prior to joining YouTube, Bing co-led Google’s global green energy marketing efforts, launched the company’s digital artifacts initiative, and was a founding member of the Google Crisis Response team. He has also spent time at the Walt Disney Company and Johnson & Johnson.
Today, Bing is Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Victorious, a global passion platform that powers superfan communities for the world’s biggest creators—-from digital stars to major film franchises. Bing graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in English Literature.
