As the diversity and inclusion director at Texas Instruments, Fran Dillard oversees and manages TI’s diversity strategy and programs, including the company’s award-winning network of diversity employee resource groups, which bring together dozens of grassroots, employee-led organizations.
Fran joined TI in 2008 as a human resources manager for one of TI’s manufacturing plants in Dallas, Texas. Since that time, she has held HR leader roles across several TI businesses including Analog, Embedded Processing and Power. Prior to TI, Fran held a variety of HR leadership and operational roles in the banking and airline industries.
Fran serves as a member of the Conference Board’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Executive council, and is a fellow of the National African-American Women’s Leadership Institute (NAAWLI). She is also a 2014 alumni of Leadership America and was recently elected to the board of directors for Leadership Women and the Alliance of Greater Good. She is passionately involved in the community and an active member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., where she serves as president of the North Texas chapter.
A proud wife and mother of four, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and listening to music, particularly jazz.
Fran earned a bachelor of arts in public relations from the University of Texas at Arlington.
