Pam Lipp-Hendricks is head of Talent Management and Diversity at JPMorgan Chase.
She leads the strategic alignment of our talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives. Pam drives the firmwide agenda and a broad range of diversity efforts impacting our work environment including the firm’s Talent Review, the JPMC Diversity Council, Business Resource Groups, Disability Inclusion and Affirmative Action. In addition, she oversees two talent pipeline programs, the Management Associate Program and the Human Resources Analyst program.
In her previous role as Talent Executive on the Corporate Talent & Development team, Pam was instrumental in driving our senior talent processes across the organization and deeper into the lines of business.
During her 17-year tenure at the firm, Pam was a Development Executive responsible for senior leadership development programs. She has held Organizational Development Management roles in the Corporate & Investment Bank, Corporate Human Resources and the Consumer Bank, and has also led the Learning and Development function for the Private Bank.
Prior to starting her career at JPMorgan Chase, Pam worked at American Express and before that, AT&T. During her tenure as a professor at the City University of New York at Baruch College and the Fashion Institute of Technology, Pam taught introductory Psychology courses.
Pam holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, where she was a President’s Fellow. She sits on the board of Neighborhood Defender Services, a non-profit organization known globally for its innovative, community-based and holistic public defense practice that strives to provide high-quality legal representation to Harlem residents.
Pam was recently recognized as a 2017 Black Achievers in Industry Award recipient. She lives in New Jersey with her husband Jason and two children.
