Exhibitor Invitation

Please join us for the 3rd Asian American Business Roundtable Summit January 29-30, 2018 at the JPMorgan Chase & Co. Conference Center in New York City.

A two-day gathering of over 250 corporate leaders, entrepreneurs who will want to talk with representatives from companies and organizations about their products and services. Your company/organization is invited to be an exhibitor at our conference.

Your exhibitor registration fee of $800 includes two Exhibitor 2Day Passes, one 6′ × 3′ skirted table, one Popup Banner, two chairs, and one wastebasket. There will be no costs for electricity and Internet connections.

Register at https://aabusinessroundtable.org/registration/ and choose Exhibitor 2Day Pass. Submit full payment to guarantee your reservation. If paying by check, please make it payable to Asian American Business Development Center and mail to 132 Nassau Street, Suite 719, New York, NY, 10038. Reservation must be received by December 31, 2017, to guarantee your spot.

Tentative Exhibitor move-in is scheduled for Sunday, January 28 from 9 am to 3 pm.

Tentative exhibit hall hours are:
Monday, January 29, from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm, 5 pm – end

Tuesday, January 30, from 12:15 pm -1:30 pm and 5 pm – end

Final information about installation and exhibit hall hours will be added to the Information for Exhibitors tab in January 2018.
