Despite public rhetoric and legal challenges to the contrary, businesses and corporations cannot afford to close their doors to diverse talent and innovative ideas. These tend to emerge from unconventional sources that still, unfortunately, are found “off-radar”. What keeps business organizations from recognizing New Majority assets, and from integrating new perspectives into core functions and leadership roles?
