Five generations in the workplace, while not without its share of challenges, can be a competitive advantage for smart organizations able to recognize and harness its power. Future innovation will depend on an organization’s ability to leverage the collective skills and experiences of a generationally diverse workforce, reflective of the consumer base. It is critical to tailor workplace experience to the needs of each of the five generations.
