Jeanne Kwong Bickford is a Senior Partner and Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a global management consulting firm and the world’s leading advisor on strategy that partners with clients to identify their highest-value opportunities, address their most critical challenges, and transform their enterprises. Ms. Bickford is a client service partner on the leadership team of the Financial Institutions practice and co-leads the Risk & Compliance topic in North America. She is a core member of the People & Organization practice and recently led BCG’s Change Enablement Center which emphasizes capability building in the area of complex program and change management for large, multi-faceted transformation programs.
Amongst her management responsibilities, Ms. Bickford currently serves as the Managing Partner of New York, one of the largest BCG offices in the world. Prior to her office leadership role, she founded and led BCG’s Asian Diversity Network, whose mission is to support staff of East and South Asian descent to be successful at all levels of the organization. As part of that role, she was a member of the North American Diversity & Inclusion Council, supporting programmatic efforts on enhancing diversity and inclusion at BCG.
Prior to BCG, Ms. Bickford worked at Cornerstone Research in economic and financial consulting. During her time there, she was involved in supporting precedent-setting litigation on the savings and loan industry bailout.
Ms. Bickford graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Harvard University with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. She obtained her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and was an Arjay Miller Scholar. She is a two-term member of the Girl Scouts of the USA National Board and is currently serving on the Executive Committee.
